good grip on the bottom and try them on with

easier to type and use your phone!
❖ Layer your clothes – flannel, long johns, etc.
❖ Always ask the stores if they have student
discounts. A great place to go is Nordstrom
Rack.

salt ready if you have to
shovel or prevent ice
Listen to weather
forecasts! Bring pets
indoors! Expect
higher electricity or

Make sure your car is
ready for winter – Check
antifreeze level, have a
small shovel, ice scraper,
replace worn tires, keep
gas full. Watch for signs
“no parking during ___”
