(what I look like, what do I feel, what do I
want)
All they long they concerned about
themselves
Being a mirror is the very factor of being
depressed
Try to leave the mirror and find someone to

IN LEADERSHIP..
From the book "Good to Great by Jim Collins
There are 5 levels of leadership.
Theres a behavioral pattern of Level 5leaders when it comes to humility.
He calls this "the window and the mirror"

In real scenarios, charismatic from groups
that didn't make the grade as great had a
tendency to look through the window to
blame other factors for their lack of success
and looked in the mirror to take credit whenthings went well.( The mirror, in these cases,
serves only to magnify their already
oversized egos.) But with Level 5 leaders, they looked out of
the window to credit others for success and
looked in the mirror to apportion'

The emphasis on luck turns out to be part of abroader pattern that we came to call the windowand the mirror. Level 5 leaders, inherentlyhumble, look out the window to apportion credit
even undue credit to factors outsidethemselves. If they cant find a specific personor event to give credit to, they credit good luck.At the same time, they look in the mirror to
assign responsibility, never citing bad luck orexternal factors when things go poorly.Conversely, the comparison executivesfrequently looked out the window for factors to
blame but preened in the mirror to credit

Leaders who choose to see the world through the
window are those who also believe that there isopportunity beyond the glass. Their cup is half fulland they have faith that things can improve, Theysee opportunity through the window and are ready to
grasp it when ready. Conversely, leaders who view their world from the
looking-glass, like Alice in Wonderland, see anequally contorted and inaccurate view of the world. A
fixation on the mirror may result in leaders resting ontheir laurels and a glass half-empty approach. Theybecome self-absorbed: they are not open to newideas nor opportunities preferring to maintain thestatus quo (which has worked for them so far).

TALL POPPY SYNDROME
Its described as an organizational malaisewhere people of intelligence and talented are
resented, attacked and criticized because their
talents or achievements distinguish them from
their peers. Like a tall poppy sticking upamongst the blooms around it, the tallest is cut
off to ensure uniformity around the Golden
Mean. This is similar to the Crab-pot Mentality where
its been observed that when a single crab
attempts to escape a trap, or a pail, the others
will drag him back ensuring they all meet a

Effective leaders are those who can readily
identify these dysfunctional organizational
behaviors and instead of cutting down the
tall poppies, and insisting that employees tohuddle obediently around the average,
create an environment that enables these
positive outliers to make a contribution. Theyare not fear or resented but supported and
celebrated.

If we want to be great leaders we MUST bein the habit of looking in the mirror whenthings go wrong, but being quick to point outthe window to give praise and credit when
things go right.
In short words, Take Responsibility to every
details, and do not to claim it all by yourselfrather give credit to those who have helpedyou to reach victory.

Matthew 20:26-28 This, however, is not the
way it shall be among you. If one of you
wants to be great, he must be servant of the
rest; and if one of you wants to be first, hemust be your slave like the Son of Man,
who did not come to be served, but to serve
and to give his life to redeem many people.

Hebrews 12: 1-2 As for us, we have this largecrowd of witnesses around us. So then, let usrid ourselves of everything that gets in the way,and of the sin which holds on to us so tightly,
and let us run with determination the race thatlies before us. Let us keep our eyes fixed onJesus, on whom our faith depends frombeginning to end. He did not give up because of
the cross! On the contrary, because of the joythat was waiting for him, he thought nothing ofthe disgrace of dying on the cross, and he isnow seated at the right side of Gods throne.
