Wilton Manors Town Crier March/April 201514ADVENTUROUS ADVENTURE CAMP 2015The Spring Adventure Camp is designed as a highly structured five-day
program with the ultimate fun plan during Spring Break. The camp is
sponsored by the City of Wilton Manors Leisure Services Department
and is organized and supervised by our certified Recreation and Childcare
Professionals. Any child in Kindergarten through Eight grade may partici-
pate. The highly structured camp has many special activities and planned
fieldtrips. Some of these trips include: Roller Skating, Boomers, Kabooms,
the Movies and much more.
Days: March 23-27, 2015
Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Fees:

ISLAND CITY SUMMER CAMP 2015This will be an eight (8) week program from June 8th –July 31st, 7:30
a.m. – 6 p.m., for ages 4 – 15 years, held at the Wilton Manors Elementary
School, 2401 NE 3rd Ave., Wilton Manors. Lunch and snacks will be offered
daily. All children will participate in a program divided into age groups that
will rotate through various activity areas. These areas include activities in
arts and crafts, outdoor group games, dance, modeling, free play, board
games, story time and reading, science fun, contests, and special events
on each Friday. Each week several trips will be offered for additional fees
if you choose to participate. The trips will include: Kabooms, roller-skating,
ice-skating, bowling, Boomers, cultural art performances, movies, and more.

Participants must be age 4 or older on or before September 1, 2015. The fees are as follows:
Registration Fee: $40 (one time non-refundable registration fee)

Wilton Manors Town CrierMarch/April 2015 15FEATURED PROGRAMSSCHOOL’S DAY-OUT PROGRAM The School’s Day-Out Program is open on teachers’ workdays and closed on legal holidays. On non-school weekdays
when the City of Wilton Manors Leisure Services Department is open, the program hours are 7:30 am ~ 6:00 pm. A
field trip or special activity will be a part of the day. The cost of the program ranges from $14.00 to $25.00 per
day/child, which includes the field trip or activity of the day. Children must bring a brown bag lunch unless otherwise
instructed. This program will be held at Island City Park Preserve in Wilton Manors at 823 Northeast 28 Street. For

school? The best place is BASH (Best After School Hours)
License #45455, where your child will be cared for by year
round certified staff. B.A.S.H. offers each child a nutritious
healthy snack, assistance with completing homework and an
opportunity to develop positive social interactions. The youth
engage in challenging educational and recreational activities,
arts & crafts, and dramatics. But, most importantly, B.A.S.H. is
a place for children to have fun before and after a long school
day. This program will be held at Wilton Manors Elementary
School.
