1/4/13 - This project has been designed and is now at theobtaining of Right-of-Ways. The next phase will be to updateany plans that have been previously approved after ROWnegotiations are completed. We would anticipate thishappening by September 2013. After all drawings arecompleted and approved by TDOT, and the Federal HighwayAdministration, we would then go to bid on this project. Weanticipate that by Spring of 2014, that the bid would beawarded and construction began by Summer of that sameyear. Our goal would be that construction would be completedno later than 12 to 18 months after the contractor is giving thenotice to proceed.

Some of our active grants are COPS grant, AirportTerminal Construction grant, Permobile-FIDP, Permobile-SIA,JAG grants, Waste Water Treatment Plant, and TDOTRoadscapes. All of the grants must receive Council approvalhttp://hamiltonspringsstation.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/Lebanon-Resolution.pdf. At the timethe grant is awarded, a group of accounts is set up to capturethe revenues and expenditures. Once the money is spent, thegrant accountant tracks the grant and reports to the variousagencies on a quarterly basis. This is a coordinated effortbetween the various departments. At year end, all the grantsare audited by external auditors for compliance. A copy of theaudit is available upon request.
