1. Who are the Christians anyway?
The first Christians were the Jews then they were the Arabs. Later on it was the Europeans and other peoples
of the world.
2. If the first Christians were the Jews, why didnt Christianity thrive in Jerusalem during and after Christs
death? These Christians are like new kids in the block. The Jewish Rabbis or elders couldnt accept Jesus Christs
claim of being the Son of God and more blasphemous being divine.
3. Are the Muslims in agreement with the Jews regarding this controversy? Why?
Yes, they (Muslims and Jews) believe that Jesus being only a prophet should end up like other prophets and
not proclaiming divinity. They accused the disciples, especially Paul of having orchestrated the idea of Jesusas equal to God.
4. What is your opinion on this matter?Who should know more about Jesus? Were His closest friends- the apostles, the Jewish elders or theMuslims? Even the apostles also got confused into believing Him being God not until He rose from the dead
on the third day as mentioned by Him a few days earlier and appears in front of the women, the two men on
their way to Emmaus and the apostles. The climax of His body- spirit appearance was the dramatic episodeof the ascension to Heaven which the Muslims did not deny. To accuse Paul of linking the concept of the
Triune God to pagan belief is a blatant theological misunderstanding of the spiritual Jesus. Muslims only see
Him as an historical figure and a God-fearing man with a lofty vision.
5. What is the proof that the accusation toward the disciple Paul untrue?Despite the many Christian denominations, none disagree with the Three Persons in One God. Not evenamong the first Christian community led by the apostle James, who used to lie on Jesus bosom, also named
as James the Just in Jerusalem. The disciple Paul may argue with the apostles on certain dogmas of the
Church but not on the Trinity.
6. Why do the Christians hold dearly to the fundamental belief of the Three Persons in One God?
It was not the Christians who invented the idea but it was Jesus Himself who revealed it to the apostles-TheFather, The Son and The Holy Spirit. Christians believe that Man will never get to know God if God did not

make Himself known to Man in the form of Jesus Christ. It is totally impossible for Man (in flesh and blood)
to realize the essence of God (Supreme Spirit).
7. What other serious statements of Jesus that the Jewish leaders found deplorable? And Why?
That by His death and resurrection He takes away the sins of the world.
That by eating His body and drink His blood for the forgiveness of sins.It was because the Jewish Pharisees idea was deeply embedded in the traditions of the elders. The doctrines
they taught were only human regulations. What Jesus told them was seen as breaking away from those
traditions and was considered a state of rebellion against the law of God.
8. What will the contemporaries and modern unbelievers say?
Jesus must be of unsound mind and gone insane. How is it that by dying alone He takes away the sins of
peoples of the world?Jesus encourages cannibalism. He allows people to eat His body and drinks His blood.
9. Why His disciples and followers fully believed in Him despite being accused of insanity?
His disciples had slept, ate, drank and was everywhere with Him. They had been eye witnesses, scores ofpeople and even thousands had seen more than enough proofs of His supernatural power.
i) He cured the lepers, the lame, the dumb, the deaf, the blind, the demoniac, and the paralytic, the man
with a withered hand and the woman with a hemorrhage.ii) He walked on water, chased away demons, calmed the storm; feed the thousands with few loaves of
bread and fish.iii) He raised a dead girl and a decomposed corpse to life.iv) He spoke with heavenly authority that no man had ever done before, now and in the future.
v) His name was mentioned by the prophets hundreds of years before His birth.
vi) He truly did what He told others, what would happen to Him and what He would do. That was theprophecies of His Passion.
vii) He portrayed holy personality traits. He never carried a sword. He never lifted a finger on people.
viii) He never broke His promise. The promise of the Holy Spirit.ix) He is Godly in nature because the greatest of His love is to love your enemies.

x) He died alone to save many and not killing many to save Him.
xi) He is very much alive and He is not a distant God.
xii) He still does his miraculous works until today though He is not seen in flesh and blood. Sometimes Heappears to selected people to prove His existence. His appearance depicts His pictures and images in
Christian homes and holy places.
xiii) All the above wonders and extraordinary feats had been prophesied in the Bible.
10.Why are The Muslims not convinced especially on the crucifixion and instead they accused the Christians of
corrupting the Bible? Before the Muslims did, the Jewish leaders were already accusing the followers of Jesus for fabricating the
story. Logically, the disciples of Jesus should know exactly the truth and not outsiders or strangers who did
not sleep, eat, drink and be everywhere with Him. If the Christians did corrupt the Bible, then they want toknow who are the people involved, where the place was and when did it occur. If not, the accusation is
baseless.
11.What is the Muslims version of the Crucifixion?
That it was not Jesus who was crucified but someone else. The angel of God had replaced Him with an
identical person.
12.What about your view of the Crucifixion?
I am still for the Christians because the Muslims assertion is too fantastical and absurd. It is not justifiablebecause it was written in the Muslim Holy Book almost 700 years later (a lapse that can undermine or distortthe truth) in a foreign land (a place that cannot give a true picture). Most probably it was second hand
information from a Jewish source. So, it is unreliable.
13.Are there contradictions in the Bible?
Yes and so are in the Koran.
14.Is it true that the Bible today was not written or translated from the first original Bible?

Yes, because these ancient manuscripts were found in fragments or parchments of either clay, papyrus, or
animal skins in loose material form. Many copies were either lost or burnt by the pagan rulers or during the
Inquisition. It was rewritten based on copies that survived the natural elements and the atrocities of people. At its infant stage, it was the Catholic Church that laboriously wrote the Bible.
15.What about the Koran? The Koran also suffered the same fate. Many copies had been burnt by the opposing Caliphs. So
Mohammeds youngest wife, Aishah and his followers (after the Prophets demise) had an arduous task of
writing them down again. Some parts of the Koran had to be rewritten based on how much Aishah canmemorized.
16.What are the languages used in these ancient manuscripts that was compiled to form the Bible? The Old Testament was written in Hebrew and The New Testament was written in original Greek.
17.Why Aramaic (the language Jesus spoke) was not used to write The New Testament? The New Testament was written after Jesus death and Aramaic was no more spoken in that part of the worldduring that time.
18.Why is the Bible today not written in Hebrew? Not many people will understand Hebrew and original Greek so to keep abreast with time; the Bible was
printed in any language starting the sixteenth century.
19.Can we say that what is found in the Bible today was not what was meant in the first original Bible?
No, the language used in todays Bible does not alter or change the meaning in context.
20.Why must the Koran be written in original Arabic language till today?
It is because the Muslims believe the Arabic language was the language Allah and His Messenger used in
the Koran that shouldnt be replaced with any language lest it deviates from the original meaning. The Koranhas translation in other languages just for reference.
21.What is your comment on that?

Most Muslims, especially those who cannot speak Arabic will be just parroting without actually able to
grasp the meaning of the words in the Koran. They still need to refer to the translation to get its equivalent.
22.What is the basic belief of Christians about sin that differs so greatly with Muslims?
Christians believe that the first sin or rather the original sin committed by the first Man Adam, brought on
sin into humanity, whereas Muslims refute such belief.
23.What do the Muslims say about sin?
To the Muslims, there is no such thing as original sin. It is unfair that the next offspring carry the sin hedidnt commit. Human beings are born sinless and sin is only committed after we are born either through
influence or self indulgence.
24.What is original sin to you?
Original sin is this state of lack of love into which everyone is born. It permeates not only the social sinful
environment but it affects the depth of my being as a human. Adam brought sin into humanity throughdisobedience and is considered as the sum total of fallen humanity that makes us mortal. That is why weused to say, To err is human because we already have in us that sinful state.
25.Do you believe in inherited sin?Well, I am old enough to personally witness several evidences. These sinful acts of parents surely was not
seen, heard by, taught or told to their children but I believe it works in their blood.
a) This father as a teenager, a peeping tom and today his two teenage boys become peeping toms, too.b) This father was a habitual thief when young, he had a son adopted by a devout Christian family and
brought to a foreign country after he was born. Now, this son is a thief, too.c) This father is very thrifty all his life. He had a son adopted by his sister and stays in another village. He
too is thrifty. This part may not constitute a sin but to stress that even habit can be hereditary.
26.Is original sin associated with inherited sin?It may not be so and it is not necessary that you commit the same sin that Adam did but we must remember
that Adams blood is our blood as well. To put it in a nut shell, we havent committed anything, yet we are
already sinful.

27.What is In Sha Allah to the Muslims?
In Sha Allah means If Allah wills. The official orthodox view of Muslims is that everything even good andevil comes from God. Since everything, even ones final destiny either in heaven or in hell, is ordained by
God, one can only say in everything If God wills, or In Sha Allah.
28.Is the concept of In Sha Allah acceptable and permissible to Christians? Why?
No, Man is responsible for his own action be it good or bad without Gods preordained decree. Say for
example, I make an appointment to meet you tomorrow at 8.00a.m. You answered, In Sha Allah but the nextmorning you did not turn up because you have changed your mind. Now, do you have an excuse or blame
God because He did not will you to do so?
29.What about fate or destiny to the Muslims?
To the Muslims it is Total Submission and this is the meaning of Islam. All things have been created after a
fixed decree.
30.What about fate or destiny to the Christians?
To the Christians it is not total, it varies according to situation. Say for example, somebody rides a
motorcycle at high speed. It is understandable that he is taking a high risk upon himself of getting killed.Should he dies in the process, is it fated? No.
