Step 1

Pour Butter & Cream (#1) into a large pot and set on a

medium heat.

Step 2

Bring to a full boil until mixture is puffed into a

bubbly cloud.about 4 minutes

Step 3

Add Vodka Sauce Base (#2) and mix with a whisk until

even. Let boil until bubbles disperse to edges.

about 3 minutes

Step 4

Add Marinara Sauce (#3) and mix well until fully heated.

Step 5

Pour half a cup of water into the sauce and whisk sauce

together once more.

Step 6

Using your measuring cup, reserve 1 cup of your sauce.

Step 7

With your heat still on, add Cold Penne Pasta to pot and

stir until pasta is hot. Remove from heat.

Step 8

Pour pasta back into the Catering Serving Pan.

Step 9

Pour reserved sauce on top of pasta. Keep pan covered

until ready to serve.
