Homework Policy
• Homework will be given daily (Monday-Thursday) and due on a daily basis.
• Homework will be given on Friday only to those students who do not complete homework or class work during the week.
• Students who do not complete homework will lose recess or receive an afternoon detention

• Homework is given as a review of California State Standards previously taught.
• Daily reading at home is essential for your child’s success in fifth grade.
