Introduction
Shanghai Sunry Petroleum Equipment Co. Ltd. is devoted to design and sell
surface well testing equipments, API 16C and 6A products. Sunry offers a complete
solution for surface well testing equipments and drill stem test (DST) tools, flowheads,
surface safety valves, choke manifolds, test separators, surge tanks, crude oil burners,
Cameron style (hydraulic) gate valves, (hydraulic) chokes, check valves, Weco Chiksan
products such as plug valves, pup joints, swivel joints, wing unions and fittings. Office
container, wellheads and christmas trees are also available.
Sunry's second business sector provides mud pump package and mud pump
expendables, API 16A blowout preventers (BOP), rotary hoses, power tongs, manual
tongs, elevators, and other equipments or tools related to oil and gas drilling.
All products offered by Sunry are strictly designed, manufactured and inspected in
accordance with different API specifications and related ASME, NACE codes
respectively. Some of equipments and tools are fabricated based on introduced
technologies from Coopers, FMC, SPM, Shaffer and Continental Emsco

Surface Test Tree ( Flowhead)
Surface test tree ( Flowhead) consists of four gate valves: a master valve, two wing valves, and a swab
valve, It is the first piece of equipment that fluid from the well flows through and is located directly on
top of the well. It's principal function is to control the fluid flow in and out of the well.

Surface Safety Valves (SSV)
Surface safety valve (SSV) is a hydraulically actuated fail-safe gate valve for testing oil and gas wells with
high flow rates, high pressures, or the presence of H2S. The SSV is used t.o quickly shut down the well
choke manifold upstream in the event of overpressure, failure, a leak in downstream equipment, or any
other well emergency requiring an immediate shut down.

Chemical Injection Pump
The pwpose of the Chemical Injection Pump is t.o inject methanol upstream. of the choke manifold
t.o inhibit hydrate freezing as a result of the pressure drop. This increases the reliability and range
for pressure drop through the choke. The methanol is typically injected through the Data Header's
1/2" NPT chemical injection port which includes a 10K check valve.

Emergency Shutdown System (ESD)
Emergency shutdown system (ESD) is designed to pneumatically control actuated SSV and hydraulic
flowhead valve or any other single-action safety valve. and to generate an emergency shutdown signal.
Our stand ard BSD includes 2 Hi/Lo pilots and 2 remote stations.

Data Header
The data header is a short sub connected to the upstream side of the choke manifold to provide
additional pressure gauge, thermowell, and sampling or injection ports. The data header allows
connection of pressure and temperature monitoring equipment, as well as sampling or injection
equipment.

Choke Manifold
The choke manifold is used to control the flow rate and reduces well pressure before the flow enters the
processing equipment, it consists of four manual gate valves (five if a bypass valve is included) and two
choke boxes, one is confi.gured as a variable choke, and the other as a fixed choke. It alBo includes several
pressure or sampling ports and thermowells to monitor pressure, temperature, and fluid characteristics.

Steam Heat Exchanger
Steam heat exchangers are used to raise the temperature of well effluents to prevent hydrate
formation, reduce viscosity, and break down emulsions for efficient separation of oil and warer. It
consists of high- and low-pressure split-flow coils upstream and downstream of an adjustable
choke contained within an atmospheric , water-filled vessel.

Vertica l Surge Tank
Surge tank is an H2S service pressurized vessel designed to store liquid hydrocarbons after
separation. The surge tank is used to measure liquid flow rates, as well as the combined shrinkage
and meter factor. It can also be used as a second-stage, two-phase separator.
50psi 50bbl surge tank and 50psi lOObbl surge tank are standard. lOOpsi, 150psi and 250psi are
available.

Transfer Pump
Transfer pumps are designed to pump oil from a tank to a burner or to send oil from a tank to a
pipeline, another tank or a tanker. Normally fitted with an explosion-proof electrical motor for
operations in Zone 2 regions
Single pump and dual pump are available.
Transfer capacity is up to 80m3/h (12,000BPD).
Oil and Gas Manifold
Oil and gas manifold is designed to divert the flow of oil and gas from the separator to other
pieces of equipment. The oil manifold is composed of an arrangement of piping, five ball valves,
and wing union connections, it allows oil leaving the separator to be diverted to the tank or the
burners, or sent directly to a production line. The gas manifold is made up of two ball valves. It's
connected to the separator gas line and to the burner flare lines.

Chokes
Chokes are improved from Cameron H2 series chokes and suitable for well testing,
high pressure drilling and production accompanied with soar gas or I and sand

chokes on the mark.et
Adjustable chokes can be divided into needle, plunger and orifice plate type and
can be manually or hydraulically operated. Flow and pressure can be adjusted through
changing fluid passage section by cone surface of needle, vertical movement of plunger
or rotation of orifice plate
Variable choke beans can be installed into positive choke conveniently. Sizes of
choke beam are from 4/64" to 128/64"

Studded crosses and tees, flanged crosses and tees, flanges, flanged pipes, elbows,
crossovers and spools are fully conformed to API Spee. 6A and made of modem alloy

High Pressure Flow Iron
Pup Joint
Pup joints (flow line piping) are available in lengths to 10 feet to handle fluids at cold
working pressures to 15,000 psi based on technologies from FMC Weco pup joints. There
are four different types of pup joints: Pressure Seal Pup Joints, NPS (Non-Pressure Seal) Pup
Joints, Integral Pup Joints and Welded Pup Joints. Sour gas pup joints are also available.
It is available to size 1", 2", 3'', 4" and pressure of 4,000psi-15,000psi.
Swivel Joint
Swivel joints, with integral ball bearing, are manufactured on the basis of technologies
imported from FMC. All swivel joints is respectively interchangeable with FMC Chiksan
high pressure swivel joint, long radius swivel joint and sour gas swivel joint.
Long radius swivel joint and short radius swivel joints are available: Style 50, Style 10
It is available to size l", 2'', 3'', 4" and pressure of 3,500psi-20,000psi.

Hose Loops
Hose loops are composed of swivel joints and sttaight pipes, and featured by flexibility,
stability, quick installation and easy dismantling. They are used for high-pressure discharge
lines, water lines, temporary flow lines, well testing lines, cementing and circulating lines,
and other high-pressure applications.
Three types of hose loops are available: Style 50 long radius swivel joint with non pressure
seal structure, Style SO and style 10 long radius swivel joint integral structure and short
radius swivel joint with integral straight pipes.
It is available to size 2 .. 3 .. 4" and pressure of S,OOOpsi-15,000psi.
Plug Valve
Our plug valves are based on the technologies introduced from SPM, forged from high strength
alloy steel. They are robust, field-proven units that provide dependable service for applications
such as cementing, fracturing, acidizing, coiled tubing, and sand control.
