Offender, victim & system partner abuse: offer assistance As soon as possible In order to stop the assault in the short and prevent violence in the current and/or future relationship in the long run. Criminal action is ultimately often inevitable, yet it is only to be proceeded in
case of heavy facts or when the violence repeats itself so that voluntarily assistance is no real option anymore.
