REMEMBER THIS: Tier 2 companies “arbitrages” data from Tier 1 companies to sell it consumers.

Tier 3: REALLY EASY to find but phone numbers suck!
- Pro: Cost is the ‘cheapest’ and most data provider are pulling data from these vendors.
- Con: Phone number sucks!
Cost can range from $0.01 cents to $0.40 a record.
Setting up an account is easy and phone numbers are garbage and most companies sell this as a holy grail!
