HEAT ADVISORY STAY SAFE IN THE HEAT

DRINK at least one quart of water for every hour you are active .

Do not wait until you are thirsty to DRINK water . It’s too late! Your body is a quart low in water and you’ve already started to dehydrate .

Keep drinking 6-8 gulps of WATER at least every 10 minutes when active outdoors .

AVOID coffee if planning on participating in outdoor activities . Coffee is dehydrating!

WEAR a hat and light colored, loose fitting clothing with long sleeves .

CARRY a cell phone in case of an emergency .

AS A REMINDER…1. Please sign up for all activites by 8:00pm the day prior by

visiting us at www .tvrfun .com, on the app, or stopping by the Front Desk . If there are no sign ups by 8:00pm for our next day’s activities, the activity may be cancelled .

2. Please sign up for dinner to ensure you have the best dinning room experience during your stay .

3. If you would like to join the kids program for the breakfast ride, please sign up under “Parents Riding with Kiddos” . We want to ensure we have a horse ready for you! Parents will drop off Kiddos at the Bunkhouse and then go to the Adult Riding Porch to check in and load .

4. All private rides and lesson requests for our Adult and Kids Programs must be booked 48 hours in advance with our Kids Department or stop by the Front Desk .
