In this tool kit you will find the following:
• A COVID-19 fact sheetCOVID-19 fact sheet and flyer and flyer to print and distribue to community members (a digital version, The Facts: COVID-19, is available to download on the Live HealthSmart Alabama resources page).
• • Voice AnnouncementsVoice Announcements to read at the pulpit, on podcasts, radio, or any other platform used to promote your message.
• • Video/Visual Announcements Video/Visual Announcements to show on Facebook Live sessions, YouTube channels, presentations, or any other picture-based platform.
You will also be receiving site-specific social media graphics in English and Spanish to promote your testing location. Please expect to get access to these in an email from a member of the Live HealthSmart Alabama team.

Coronaviruses are the second most common cause of colds. COVID-19 can cause mild illness that can be overcome, but it can also be life-threatening.
People 65+ and people with chronic health conditions are more at risk for severe illness and death from COVID-19.• Asthma• Chronic Kidney Disease• Chronic Lung Disease - COPD - Emphysema• Diabetes• High Blood Pressure• Liver Disease• Prior Heart Attack• Serious Heart Conditions• Severe Obesity• Those Undergoing Dialysis
Also at risk are people whose immune systems are weakened from things like:• Smoking• Cancer Treatment• Bone Marrow or Organ Transplantation• Poorly Controlled HIV or AIDS

HOW DOES IT SPREAD?
COVID-19 is spread from person-to-person or by touching an object after someone coughs or sneezes.
Stay home and away from people.
Wash your hands frequently.
Don’t touch your eyes, nose, and mouth.
Clean & disinfect frequently touched surfaces every day.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw it in the trash.
Cover your mouth and nose with a cloth mask in public.
