When it is, where is it and what does it cost:

August 24th, 8:30 AM at University Park north of the tennis courts. The cost is $15 if paid in advance, $20 if paid on-site.

How it works:Everyone signs up as an individual. Well put all the players into the same pool, randomly pick (supposedly) equal teams,send the teams into pool play and then into tournament play. The Weed Wacker may not be for the casual player, but is foranyone that enjoys volleyball. T-shirts will be awarded to the top teams in the tournament. If youre not lucky (or good)enough to win a shirt white Weed Wacker T-shirts will be on sale. The colored shirts have to be earned.
