Jun –Oct 2008•Local Partnership Action Teams meet monthly to frame local goals, outcomes measures, action plans and timeliness
•LPATs offer periodic progress reports to LAUSD and LACC Boards •District staff frame district-to-district Memorandum of Understanding
Nov 2008•"Local Partnership Actions Plans" & MOU presented to Boards in joint session for ratification
Phase II Local Partnership Pilots
Jan. 2008 - Jun 2010 •Colleges and schools implement pilot program activities as specified in local action plans
•LPATs continue to meet on a monthly basis to oversee implementation and gather and access outcomes data
•LPATs continue to offer Boards period updates on pilot program progress
Jul 2010•LPATs offer Boards a formal "Partnership Assessment" with pilot outcomes and new action plans
Initial Board Report
Jun 2008 •Update to LAUSD and LACCD Board on "Partnership Proposals" goals, action plans, next steps and timeline
Phase III Program Expansion
Sep 2010-Jun 2012 Partnership program activities are expanded to all LAUSD middle and high schools
