VILAMOURA ALGARVE RESORT.
We would like to thank you for trusting us with your event.
Our mission is to envelope you and your group members into the warm hospitality, culture and indigenous tones of Portugal and especially the Algarve.
With our Events coordinator, talented chefs and well versed F&B team, we look forward to making your journey with us a success.
The menus, the rooms set up and other details related to your event should be defined and agreed in advance with our group coordinator.

OUR WEDDING PACKAGES INCLUDE: • Printing of individual menus (hotel standard). • Free menu tasting for bride and groom. Tables with white linnen. • Wedding night for bride and groom with late check out and breakfast
in the room (subject to availability). • 10% discount on accommodation for the guests.
CENTRE PIECES AND VENUE DECORATION Centre pieces and venue decoration are not included in our prices. Our weddings team will gladly be of assistance should you wish any
extra decorations.
PRICES • All prices are per person, in Euros and include legal taxes. • Service for meals is included between seating and coffee service. Additional hours have an extra cost of EUR 250 per hour. • Children up to 2 years old – Free of Charge. • Children from 3 to 12 years old – 50% of adult’s price.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE • According to our health and safety policy, food and beverage items are not allowed either to bring in or to take out of the Hotel.
If the client wishes to change this procedure, the Hotel will issue
a responsibility document to be signed by the client. • The hotel must be informed of any food restriction 15 days prior
to the event. Please inform us in case of any food restrictions, allergies or preferences
for ethnic food.
No plate, food or beverage, including the couvert, can be charged if not
requested by the customer or is rendered unusable by the customer.
NUMBER OF GUESTS AND MENU • The estimated number of guests must be informed 30 days
before the event. • The confirmation of final number of guests must be confirmed
in writing until 15 days before the event. • The invoicing will be issued according to the final number confirmed. If the number of guests increases, the adjustment will be made on the final payment; If the number of guests decreases, the Hotel will charge for the numbers given 15 days prior.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 24
RESPONSIBILITY The client / organizer are financially responsible for any loss of merchandise left in the hotel or any damages sustained to the hotel by the clients, guests or subcontracted labor, invitees or persons attending the function, whether in the room or any part of the hotel. The hotel recommends the client should arrange his own insurance and security. It is not allowed to put any signage or other materials in walls, ceilings, doors or pavements.
PAYMENT POLICY • 1st Deposit of EUR 1500 upon confirmation. • 60% of total amount until 2 months before the wedding.
• Remaining amount until 15 days before the wedding. • Extra services on the day should be paid during Check-out,
guaranteed by credit card.
CANCELATION POLICY The hotel should be informed of any cancelation in writing. First deposit is non-refundable at any circumstances. Should a cancelation occur it is the hotel’s wright to change
accordingly to the following terms: • Cancelation between 9 to 3 months prior the event: payment of 50% of total estimated amount. • Cancelation between 3 months to 15 days prior the event: payment of 80%of total estimated amount. • Cancelation within 15 days prior the event: payment of 100% of total estimated amount. If, for operational reasons, the Anantara Vilamoura Algarve
Resort is unable to hold the event in its premisses, the hotel will: Make a payment of double the deposit already made. Or Transfer the event to the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura hotel, under the prices agreed. The final bill will have a credit of 200% of the deposit already made.
