The impressive ‘Golden Gates’ entrance and tree-lined driveway into Bowood is the perfect way to start a wonderful wedding day.

At the end of the long drive you will find a sumptuous wedding suite with its own stunning outdoor terrace, private bar and a very warm welcome from our highly trained wedding staff who will, quite literally, roll out the red carpet for you.

There is also a boutique hotel and spa, not to mention a golf course and acres and acres of space.

Our main venue, the ‘Kerry Suite’ is licensed for wedding ceremonies and provides a beautiful, tranquil setting for the exchanging of vows.

For a truly unique experience you can also have a blessing in the chapel of the historic Bowood House – there is an additional charge for this and transport would be needed for the short trip across the Bowood Estate.

Drinks can then be taken in the Kerry Suite bar or on the large outdoor terrace with views across beautiful parkland.

There are plenty of lovely places to have photographs taken in the stunning grounds, whilst your guests are sipping the bubbly - including the amazing Rhododendron Gardens during the spring.

Whether you are the bride & groom, close family or one of the guests you will love staying at Bowood. The 43 bedroom hotel is a stylish as it is comfortable and the welcome is the warmest in Wiltshire.

As a little extra we offer every bride and groom a complimentary bedroom for the night of their wedding and try our very best to give you the ‘Bridal’ four-poster suite.

With a beautiful spa and golf course on the doorstep, many of your party may wish to stay the day before or extend their stay afterwards.

Our beautiful four bedroom ‘exclusive use’ Queenwood Lodge is also the perfect place for the bridal party to stay the night before. It’s the little things… At Bowood we like to try and tailor our wedding packages to your requirements, therefore we have put together a selection of other finishing touches that you may wish to add, to make your day extra special.

Floral table arrangements by Chrissie Wiltshire from only £25 per table Chair covers with colour specific sash at £5.00 per chair Candelabra with a centre piece of roses from approx £105.00 per table Access to Bowood House and Gardens for Bride and Groom photography for approximately £200.00 inc. VAT

Staying the night If your guests wish to make a break of it and stay over for the night of the wedding we can provide beautiful stylish accommodation at a preferential rate.

All packages include a full Wiltshire breakfast, complimentary access to the Luxury Spa facilities and entrance to Bowood House and Gardens during the open season.

Adjoining the Clubhouse and set back from the 18 Hole Championship golf course, the Hotel offers six luxury suites, among its 43 stylish bedrooms, and a luxury Spa. Our small luxurious Georgian lodge, Queenwood, sleeps up to eight guests and is perfect place for the bridal party to stay the night before the big day!
