Waste and Recycling Guide
2020/21
Thanks to you, the City of Wanneroo is recovering more waste as a resource. In 2018/19, we diverted more than 53% of household waste from landfill!
THANK YOU for your help
Together, we can continue to work towards a healthy and sustainable future:
4 Help us recover more from bulk junk collections. Lay out your mattresses and scrap metal separately so we can collect them for recycling.
4 There have been some minor changes to what you can recycle in your kerbside bin. Use this guide to get it right.
4 Be a savvy shopper. By rethinking how and what you buy you can save money and reduce waste.
4 Keep our workers and environment safe by taking hazardous waste to the right place. Be a good sort and check the A-Z Guide for more information.
