• A working group is drafting the concept of the Sunrise Valley;
• The 1st IT business incubator in the “North Town” is under way;
• Vilnius City Municipality appointed City Development Department to work with the Sunrise Valley land-use and the necessary infrastructure planning.
• Vilnius University is ready to negotiate alallotment of land to set up a science and technology park.

• The need for international support transferring the best practices;
• The need for feasibility study;• The need of common understanding
among partners about Sunrise Valley concept and organizational structure.
