In case of failure and/or claim, follow the instructions below:

1.- Contact the VesiBox® Warranty Department at: +1 (305) 433 5570 or send an e-mail to: [email protected]

Have your original invoice on hand as Customer Service Department will require this information.

NOTE: IF YOU DID NOT PURCHASE YOUR VESIBOX® SYSTEM THROUGH OUR COMPANY (OFFICIAL WEBSITE, TELEPHONE, EMAIL), DO NOT CONTACT OR SEND BACK YOUR VESIBOX® SYSTEM TO WHERE IT WAS PURCHASED. WARRANTY CLAIMS WILL ONLY BE PROCESSED BY THE VESIBOX® COMPANY.

2.- Customer Service will assess your case and will provide you with the required attention.3.- A case number will be provided if necessary.4.- Only if our Warranty Department authorizes, you will be able to send the equipment to the Vesibox® Warranty Center along with the assigned case number. 5.- If approved for a warranty claim, properly identify the equipment with your assigned case number, and purchaser’s data (full name, address, and telephone number) when sending your equipment to the Vesibox® Warranty Center.6.- We are committed to repair your equipment in a period of no longer than 15 business days.If the equipment cannot be repaired, we will provide a new one.7.- Shipping costs shall be borne by the purchaser.8.- This warranty will not be effective in the following cases:a) If the equipment was not properly packaged before sending it in order to avoid damage.b) If the equipment was plugged into an outlet with a different voltage than 110v / 115v AC.c) If the system was subject to examination by clients or third parties without the previous autho-rization of our Warranty Department.d) If the equipment was exposed to pressures higher than 50 PSI.e) If the equipment presents any damages caused by insects or animals.f) If the Vesibox® system filters are not replaced with new ones every 6 months.g) If the equipment was installed to a hydraulic network that does not fulfill the proper physi-cal-chemical standards for potability.h) If the safety seal is broken to open the equipment.

NOTE: In order to be able to process any claims, it is mandatory to present a valid proof of purchase.

The Purchaser’s Warranty is effective for 1 year starting from the date shown on the proof of purchase only.

This warranty covers the costs arising from the workforce and spare parts, which shall cover pos-sible breakdowns due to manufacturing defects (Once our Technical Department has assessed the failure and considers it applicable under this warranty).
