Miss Jeanne Marie McCue,daughter of Mr. and Mrs. EugeneC. McCue of Union City, N. J.,became the bride of Robert A.Kliphon , son of Mi*, and Mrs. Al-fred H. Kliphon of Union Avenue,Holbrook , at a wedding held in St.Michael's Monastery R.C. Churchin Union City, N. J. Saturday.

The Rev. Nelson McLaughlinperformed the ceremony in the

church which was decorated withbouquets of white spring flowers.

The bride, who was given inmarriage by her father , worea floor-length gown of white silkorganza with a fitted bodice androse appliques and a chapel-lengthtrain. Her fingertip veil was at-tached to an orange blossom crownand she carried a white rose andstephanotis cascade.

The maid-of-honor w a s MissNora Massaro of Union City, N. J.Hei, ;' ' gWn was floor-length ofshrimp silk organza with a lacebodice and matching hat. She car-ried a white rose cascade bouquetwith streamers of shrimp ribbons.

The bridesmaid was Miss JoanA. Kliphon , a sister of the bi'ide-groom. She wore a shrimp floor-length silk organza gown with alace bodice and matching hat. Shecarried a white rose cascade bou-quet with streamers of matchingribbons.

Betsy McCue , a sister of thebride , was the flower girl. Heigown was a miniature copy of thebridesmaid's.

The best man was Richard W.Hurley of Cranford , N. J., and theushers were David Nocar of Bohe-mia and Donald DiGiulian of Say-ville.

A reception following the cere-mony was held at Barra's Restau-rant in North Bergen, N. J. for 90guests.

The bride is a graduate of theHoly Rosary Academy in UnionCity, N. J., and the bride-groomgraduated from the Sayville HighSchool and Hamilton College. Heis a systems trainee xat IBMin New York City. The bride isemployed by the Metropolitan LifeInsurance Company in New York.

Following a wedding trip toVermont the couple will reside inNorth Bergen, N. J.

Miss Mai gaiet Ann Hooper <- fLake Ronkonkoma , a sister of thbride , was maid-of-honor. Shew ore a floor-length gown >f maizesilk organza with a f i t ted bodice ,short sleeves and a sweetheaitneckline. The hooped bouffantskirt had inserts of roses down theback. She wore a large mai?c pic-ture hat with a large rose on thefront matching the gown. She car-ried a cascade bouquet of orchidgladioli and maize l oses tied withorchid streamei s.

Miss Patricia Cathers of LakeRonkonkoma and Mis- Grace Sa-vino of F a i m i n g v i i l e were thebridesmaids. Their oichid gownswere fashioned like that of themaid-of-honor. They wore orchidpicture hats and carried cascadebouquets of maize gladioli and or-chid roses tied with maize stream-ers.

John Meeson of New Jersey, acousin of the bride-groom , wasbest man. Richard Sinclair of LakeRonkonkoma , a cousin of the bride,and John Hamann of Maryland , acousin of the bi ide-groom , werethe ushers.

Following the wedding ceremo-ny, a reception for 75 guests washeld at the Nes-Con House in Nes-c onset.

The bride and bride-groom areboth graduates of Sachem HighSchool in Lake Ronkonkoma. Mrs.Hamann is employed by the NewYork Telephone Company in Pat-chogue and her husband is a sur-veyor on highwa y construction.

After a wedding trip touringCanada , the newly married couplewill live in an apartment in LakeRonkonkoma.

CHERNEY—ALISERO

The bride , who was escorted tothe altar by her father, wore afloor-length gown of Shiffley laceover net and taffeta with long-sleeves and a high neckline. Herscalloped fingertip veil was fas-tened to a pearl crown and shecarried a bouquet of flower oflove and stephanotis o n a whiteprayer book.

Miss Maureen Cummings ofBellport , the maid-of-honor , worea Nile green waltz-length gownwith a matching crown. She car-ried a bouquet of pink roses.

Matthew Cherney of Centereachwas the best man and the usherswere William Cherney of Bellportand Frank Le Pre of Blue Point.

A recep tion was held at theBetter 'Ole at 1 p. m. and theimmediate family and close friendsenjoyed a buffet and music pro-vided by Mike Greco and hisorchestra.

After a wedding trip to Wash-ington , D.C., the couple are ma-king their home at (> AssociationRoad , Bellport.

The bride is a graduate of Bell-port High School and is a secre-tary with the Metropolitan Insur-ance Company, Patchogue.

Her husband is a graduate ofSeton Hall , Patchogue, and is asalesman for the MetropolitanLife Insurance Company.

WARD — GERACITANO

Miss C a r m e 1 a Geracitano.daughter of Mrs. Theresa Geraci-tano of 152 Waverly Avenue,Patchogue, and the late AlfredGeracitano, became the bride ofFrederick Ward , son of Mr. andMrs. Groff Ward of 18 RobertaStreet, East Patchogue, at 3:30p. m. April 22 in Our Lady ofMt. Carmel R. C. Church, Pat-chogue. The Rev. Saverio Mattelperformed the wedding ceremony.Mrs. Anna Privitera played thetraditional wedding marches andaccompanied the soloist.

The bride was given in mar-riage by her brother, Mario Ger-acitano of Patchogue. Her floor-length gown was fashioned with

a Chantilly lace bodice , having aSabrina neckline , and a silk oi-ganza skiit which flowed into achapel train. She wore a sweet-heart crown which held her bouf-fant veil and carried a bouquetof an orchid surrounded by smallwhite roses and ivy with a lacebackground.

Miss Tessie Gullo of Brookl ynwas maid-of-honor. Her floor-length gown was of aqua taffetaand she wore a matching head-piece. She carried a basket filledwith Spring flowers.

The bridesmaids were Miss Ro?eMarie Bruno of West Islip andMiss Phyllis Mannino of Patch-ogue. Their floor-length gownswere of pale pink taffeta and theywore matching headpieces. Theycarried baskets of Spring flowers.

Mario Geracitano of Patchoguewas best man. The ushers werePaul Ursini of Brooklyn and Ed-ward Ward of East Patchogue.

A reception for 100 guests washeld at Nancy 's Restaurant , Pat-chogue, at G:30 p m. and musicfor dancing was furnished by aband.

The bride and bridegroom leftfor a honeymoon in Penn Hills ,Pa. They are now residing at 152Waverly Avenue, Patchogue.

The bride is a graduate of Pat-chogue High School and is em-ployed at the Union Savings BankPatchogue.

Her husband is. a g i adua te ofSmith Industrial and technica lHigh School in Syracuse. He ispresently employed by Mieion-Gear in Westbui y.
