Open a web browser and enter in the IP address of the device.

Enter your System Manager ID and System PIN.

Select Settings/Registration

Select User Management.

Select Department ID Management.

Select Settings.

Select Enable Department ID Management.

Deselect Allow Printer Jobs with Unknown IDs and Allow Remote Scan Jobs with Unknown IDs.

Select OK.

You May Have to Re-Login.

Select Register New Department.

Enter Department ID andPIN and Confirm PIN.

Select OK.

What it Looks Likeon the Copier.

Enter your Dept ID and PIN.

Select Log in.

Printing From Your Computer.

Open the file you would like to print and select Print

Select the Printer you would like to print to.

Select Print.

Enter your Department ID and PIN.

Select OK.
