One short month a! er our celebratory opening for a second year Smun’s Com-munal Garden in Vineland is in full swing. We’ve had our " rst taste of strawberries.

It takes many hands and contributions for the garden to yield the fresh produce served and distributed through the Centre at Start Me Up.

Linda Crago, of Tree and Twig (pic-tured above with Dave) is one such contributor. Recently featured in the National Post for her amazing heritage tomatoes, Linda is a regular contributor to our gardens with generous donations of Heritage Tomato plants. # ank you Linda.

# ank you to Fred Meyers of MEYERS Fruit Farms and Greenhouses for your generous plant donation.
