2. Explain in your own words how interpersonal conflict differs from other types of conflict using at least two (2) differences.
3. Identify interpersonal conflict amongst various scenarios provided, while working in groups of two (2).
What is Conflict?
Conflict is a struggle between or among parties who hold a perception that their goals are incompatible.
