Contracting through merchandising of stores, TSF has the ability to deliver all. At TSF we pride ourselves in delivering quality “Right

First Time Every Time” whether this is achieved by supplying our full turnkey package or buy selection from our “Pay As You Go”

menu of services.

At TSF we are happy to provide the so called “One Stop Shop” package or a tailored package that suits the individuality that our

clients both require and demand. This may be a Principle Contracting Role whereby we take a store at its built stage or when the

shell has been acquired, and we deliver the total solution from Scheme management including Health and Safety responsibility,

store retail supply and installation, joinery supply and installation and finally merchandising. Or simply a selection from these

services and products as is required.

Our Joinery manufacturing facility at Peterlee is state of the art and we pride ourselves in the quality of product that we are able to

deliver to our clients. We are happy to take direction from our clients for products that are already sourced or alternatively to be

involved at conceptual stage, we assist with our in house design and creative department which offer all the modern visual and

prototyping facilities that are required. We have many case studies available that we would be happy to furnish you with should you

wish to view them.

We have over 300,000 sq ft available to us at our Head Quarters in Peterlee, this is made up of our Joinery Manufacturing plant,

Prototyping department, Offices and Warehousing. This is further supported by two warehousing facilities that we have available for

dedicated Storage, pick and pack and asset management.

We are the largest distributor of 50mm pitch system sourced from within the UK, the product is fully compatible with all major brand

50mm pitch including that of Eden and Tego. This is supported by our flexible sourcing approach to bespoke products to suit the

50mm pitch system, we source locally for low volume product but also have the ability to source through carefully selected partners

and associates in Asia for High volume product.

How To Calculate Recommended Weight Loadings:

1. The overall weight loading of a bay depends upon the upright height, size and depth of the over shelves.

2. An overshelf must never exceed the depth of the base shelf and must always be arranged with the shelf depth increasing from

the top to the bottom.

3. Take the average size of the over shelves, and use this as the guide for the maximum weight loadings on Table 1. This gives the

maximum weight loading for a single-sided wall bay or gondola, excluding the base shelf loading.

4. Take each individual shelf size on Table 2 to give you the maximum weight loadings per individual shelf size for that bay.

Weight loads or intermediate bay heights can be calculated by interpolating theses values. Maximum weight loadings are

TSF Solvent - Free Powder Coating

Our paint lines operate to strict standards of modern environmental production. Painted steel goods are 100% solvent-free,

with only lead-free (TGIC) powder being used. In the pre-treatment plants only biodegradable (organic) chemicals are used.

Electrostatic powder coating is used to produce a consistent, durable finish.

All list prices as issued based upon this catalogue will be on an Ex Works basis.

The Standard issued apply to standard lead times as stated in this catalogue, should delivery be required within shorter lead

times we reserve the right to apply a premium.

The price list issued will refer to a date of issue; this date of issue will form the following agreement:

The price will be held for a fixed period of 1 year from date of issue, these prices will be held for the agreed period provided

that any raw material price does not move by plus 5% of the price it was based upon at the date of issue of the pricelist.

Should the raw material price move by 5% or more for a sustained period of 6 weeks then we reserve the right to apply a

surcharge to the price list provided we give at least 4 weeks notice of our intention to do so. Should the price increase

remain in affect for a sustained period of 9 months TSF will issue a new price list to include the surcharge and remove the

surcharge from your invoices.

We draw your attention to the standard TSF Retail Solutions Limited terms and conditions which are available

upon request. These are always shown as part of the order acknowledgment.

How To Order

Orders will be based upon the parts as detailed in this catalogue, the list prices as agreed and also reflect all the terms and

conditions as detailed in the Terms and Conditions section.

When received the order will be checked, and an order acknowledgement will be sent out that will confirm the date of

delivery; this will be particularly relevant to any orders placed on short lead times.

Non-Standard Parts Manufacture

The flexibility and versatility of TSF, means that in addition to the range of parts detailed in this catalogue, we can also offer

a bespoke service that is cost-effective whilst providing the added benefit of complete, proven compatibility with the

standard systems on offer.

We are able to respond either to customers own drawings or make available, at an additional cost, our own design and

development facilities in order to provide costs which will be based upon issued lead-times and minimum order values.
