• 20 Managers • Awareness Meetings- What are Core Values • Reviewing emails from the CEO and Senior Management for themes • Reviewing the sponsorships made by SIB for themes • Reviewing the legends and stories heard in SIB

– Interviewing Senior associates who have worked in SIB for more than 15 years

– Interviewing Top performers – Interviewing New Comers

• Translating their responses to Values with examples • Having a consolidation meeting to describe values • Final review and submission to the Management- The values and

descriptions were refined by the Business Excellence Team and submitted to the Management for Ranking
