– 3-4 startups will be showcased
– One growth stage entrepreneur to moderate
– The conversation will be a source of fundamental learnings and
inspiration for the audience.
– The audience will engage with the startups via QnA and Polls

– Panel Themes: Team Building, Bootstrapping, Sales & Marketing,
Failcon/Learning from failures

2. Keynotes ( Main Auditorium)
– 3 keynotes during the day
– Delivered by entrepreneurs who have scaled and exited startups in
the past decade.
– Will provide a 5,000 to 10,000 ft perspective on entrepreneurship
and set the stage for the upcoming panels
– 20-30 min

3. Talent Hunt (Main Auditorium)
– Grab the mic, pitch the audience and find your co-founders/
founding team members!
– Entrepreneurs who register before 18 April 2012 will get a
chance to pitch to the audience.
– Preference to those hunting for Co- Founders and CXOs.
– Presented using a single slide format prescribed by the
organisers.
– 5 min each

4. Speed Dating with VCs ( Dome)
– 6-8 VCs will host breakfast on round tables
– 5 delegates per table.
– 3 min interaction between the VC and the entrepreneur.
– 15 min per table : The group moves on to the next table when the
buzzer goes off.
– Entrepreneurs who apply before 18 April 2012 and are shortlisted
as per the criteria, will participate.

5. Mentoring Camp ( Dome)
– 6-8 round tables with 1 mentor each
– Delegates who register before 25 April 2012 will
– Mentors include TiE Senior AM and CMs
– 20 min per table. 2 x 1hour sessions

– Octonorm stalls are passé.
– Pavilion Booth = 70-seater classrooms : central a/c + remote
controlled shades + overhead projector + black board + full day.
Mentors include TiE Senior AM and CMs

8. Smashers (Auditorium)
– 3 Co Hosts of this Un-conference will lead a team of 3-4 startups.
– These startups will make a quick fire elevator pitch to the Co-Host
panel & the audience followed by cross questioning from the other
2 Co-Hosts.
– The Co-Hosts and audience will award points on the basis of the
live cross-questioning.
– The startup with most points will be awarded as the Smasher!
– 90 min

– Entrepreneurs who have registered for Smash Up and head
(existing) startups can apply for Smashers
– The startups need to get a recommendation/reference from a
mentor/investor .
– The first shortlist process may involve voting of the startups on
Facebook.
