Buddies last Friday DECEMBER…. and Christmas!
Christmas suggests many things to all
of us—presents, holidays, good times,
family, eating, warm weather, and
these are all great things to enjoy. The
world gives little attention to the real
reason for celebrating Christmas-
to remember the time that God sent
His only Son to Earth.
Jesus lived and died so that we might
be forgiven for our sinful nature, and
to be given the opportunity to accept
His Spirit into our lives so that His
Power, Strength and Love could shine
through our lives. Jesus Christ is not
just the baby in the manger, but is
truly the Saviour of the world—the
same Yesterday, Today and Forever.
John 3:16 tells it all so plainly—”God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life”. CONGRATULATIONS TO AMY!
Amy Lourey this year has completed
her Certificate III in Business.
Amy has also just been granted an
Early Offer to Ballarat Nursing and
she is delighted—so are we! Well done
Amy and thank you God for opening the
door for Amy!
God is Faithful!
