Thompsonpreviouslyworkedasabuyerforaluxurylingeriecompany,DolceBellaLingerie,andasamanagerandeventspecialistforElaineTurner,aluxuryaccessoriesbrand.ShegraduatedfromBaylorUniversitywithaBachelorofSciencedegreeinFashionMerchandisingandaminorinBusinessAdministration.
