“It’s so hard to be good with my food.” (Stress thinking)

• Expecting your goal weight or size to “make you happy” delays pride,
satisfaction, and fulfillment along the way.
• Your life is miserable because you allow thoughts of dread, worry,
and fear to be the loudest voice in your head.
