Possessing many non-academic skills, such as; people skills, working in a team and the ability to work independently. But also academically, I have enjoyed building on my current knowledge and solving problems.
A motivated second year psychology student with proven experience of working with young people raising achievement and motivation; mentoring; and supporting transition. An excellent communicator, practiced in negotiation within the education arena at a variety of achievement levels. An active listener with the ability to manage caseloads and work under pressure. An organised worker able to multi-tasks to successful completion with respect to competing demands. Looking to gain further experience working with children for continuous professional and career development.
