The Origin of Zombola During those days people will seek death
but will not find it; they will long to die, but death will elude
them In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the
ground, but the men said to them, Why do you look for the living
among the dead? The disease originated when 18th Century DRONES
dropped the Zombola virus on ancient Indian burial grounds. After
many years, a school was built over these ancient burial grounds.
The evolved Zombola virus just so happened to be located below the
room of the wretched William Verhoeve. Over time, the Zombola
strains have been diffused into his room by the ever-lasting
Seminole spirits. Only now have the evolved strains begun to affect
the students of Mr. Verhoeve. Literally, they have been turned into
mindless zombies, and were first seen sprinting out of his room
yesterday and off campus.
Slide 3
The Effect of Zombola Upon infection, the victims eyes begin to
whiten. Treatment can only be given to a victim within 12 hours of
infection. After 12 hours, the victim is sent to an death camp
located at Southeast High School. Here the captive zombies are
killed and cremated. There is no known cure for the disease.
Slide 4
The Effect of Zombola Victims before the 12 hour infection
point can have their infected limbs amputated to remove the
disease. If victims ingest blood of the zombies, nothing can be
done to save them. After 24 hours, the victim completely succumbs
to the disease, and they become a complete zombie. At this point,
the disease is irreversible. Full fledged zombies do not feel pain,
and therefore are able to run at continuous speeds of 15 miles per
hour. They should be killed on sight.

Defense Systems How to Kill the Zombies: Destroy the brain
using a blunt object or firearm. If necessary, behead the zombie.
Security Organization: 25 patrol groups of 10; 3 Sheriffs, 7
civilians. 12 Sheriffs stationed at the Kill Zone, accompanied by
certified civilians 1 Sheriff at each shelter/ screening shelter,
accompanied by civilian militia 5 Sheriffs at the Quarantine
Shelter Patrol groups travel along 41, 301, SR64 and SR70
Slide 9
Defense Systems Emergency number to contact Strike Teams:
867-5309 This number will be called if a wayward zombie is spotted,
or there is civilian rioting within the streets. Civilians can
volunteer as members of the patrol groups or at the disposal center
at SEHS. At both jobs they will be armed with a blunt object and
will be wearing protective clothing at all time. Only local
authorities are able to use firearms and explosives. Civilians must
surrender their weapons to the authorities for use in the Strike
Teams and patrols, or else they will be unable to enter the safe
shelters. Base of Operations is Kinnan Elementary School, where
members of the Sheriffs Department manage the distribution of armed
forces and weapons.

Shelter Management 1.After the evacuation order, civilians are
given three hours to get to any of the following emergency
shelters: Lee Middle, Bayshore Elementary, Prine Elementary, or
Daughtry Elementary before strike teams sweep the area. 1.Each
family is allowed to bring 20lbs of personal objects. 1.Civilians
must be screened before being admitted to a safety shelter. 1.All
evacuees are to be split into two groups: curable and incurable.
They are then sent to 2 separate chambers (located in each of the
screening centers) for pick up, and are later transported to the
quarantine sites. Saveable victims are sent to Rowlett, incurable
ones are sent to Southeast High School.
Slide 12
Shelter Management 5.There are 5 police vans for emergency
transportation at each shelter. These can be driven by the police
officers on duty. 6.There are 50 nurses/paramedics per shelter.
6.There are 25 police officers per shelter, 10 to patrol the
screening area and 15 to maintain order inside the shelter. 8.Each
shelter will receive food and water supplies from the Bradenton
Food Bank, transported by trucks with police help, these supplies
should last about four days at most, people are advised to bring
non- perishable food items and water.
Slide 13
Shelter Management 9.Three meals of basic nutritional value are
served everyday. 9.There is a curfew from 6:00pm-7:30 am, no one is
allowed outside at this time. 9.For every shelter, 4,000 mats are
supplied. These mats are prioritized for pregnant women, children,
the elderly and the sick. 9.About 20,000 people need to be
evacuated. This means that 5,000 people will be distributed per
shelter. 9. School buses will be used to transport supplies and
people.

The Final Solution Incurable victims are taken to Southeast,
where 12 Sheriffs along with the help of volunteer civilians kill
the zombies and dispose of their bodies. Ovens set up in Verhoeves
room (Verhovens) will be used for cremation. The safe zones will
prevent the majority of the civilians from catching the Zombola
virus, and a large number of those infected have a higher chance of
being cured (by amputation). Basic necessities have been accounted
for, and the preventative plan should be effective over the three
day period.
