Prepare a pineapple leaf garnish.

Chill a wine glass & put to one

side. Add all ingredients into a

blender cup with a scoop of cubed

ice. Blend for 20 seconds or until

nice & smooth. Pour into wine glass

and affix the pineapple leaf onto

the rim of the glass.
