―Internet Threat‖ argument is that we must remake
the Net if we want digital creativity—whether in
music or software or movies or e-texts.

I think that intellectual property has become a world wide issue these days.
James Boyle goes through most of the real world examples to explain the right meaning of intellectual property.
Intellectual Property: Fair use of IT systems and to Respect others’ work by giving them credit.
Thus as informed citizens, we must respect others intellectual property.
