RECOGNITION
When a president recognizes the legal existences of a foreign nation and enters into foreign relation with it.
APPOINTING POWER
The president appoints judges, ambassadors, Cabinet members, and other bodies to serve during his term; Needs Senate approval.
REMOVING POWER
The president can remove any person serving under him at any time but must only be for “neglect, inefficiency of duty, and/ or wrongful conduct in office” not just because he doesn’t like him/her.

-Must report to congress in 48 hrs. -Combat must end in 60 days unless Congress
authorizes. -Congress can end combat at any time.
