How many guests can Penfield Pavilion accommodate? Penfield Pavilion can accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated function; up to 300 for a
cocktail party.
Can I get married at Penfield? Penfield Pavilion can accommodate onsite wedding ceremonies.
What equipment is provided at Penfield Pavilion? The Pavilion comes equipped with tables and chairs only (see below), a warming kitchen
including a ten burner; two oven stove, a commercial refrigerator and freezer. All other
equipment must be provided by the renter or caterer. Heat and A/C are also available with
assistance from the attendant.

Where can my guests park? Parking for Penfield Pavilion will be in lots 1 and 4. Lot 1 is directly in front of the entrance to
Penfield Pavilion and lot 4 is across the street from the main entrance. Please inform parking
guard at the gate whose party you are attending and he will direct you to the proper parking
area. If your party attendees have current Town of Fairfield beach parking permits, they are
allowed to park in any of the lots.
Are there any rules for decorating the space? Lessee must provide all paper products, table covering, glassware, etc. Minimum decorating
and set up may be done by Lessee. The use of confetti is prohibited. Decorations must be
removed immediately after function. TAPE ONLY (no nails, staples, etc.). Candles are
permitted provided they are glass enclosed. No open flames. Tikki torches, Sky Lanterns or
Pyrotechnics of any type are not permitted.
Who sets up & cleans the space? A good rule of thumb is that the facilities are to be left in the condition they were found. A
Penfield Attendant will assist in the set-up of tables and chairs. At the close of your function,
the attendant will assist in the breaking down and proper storage of the tables and chairs. At
the time designated on the contract to be the end of the party, the lessee will remove all
equipment and supplies and clean the venue in a timely manner. The attendant will finish the
building’s cleaning and security.
Can we store equipment before or after the function? Due to spatial limitations, we are unable to guarantee sufficient space to store equipment prior
to your event. In the event that equipment needs to be stored following your event, a service
fee will be assessed and the Town declares no responsibility for goods left in storage.

Where can my guests park? Parking for Jacky Durrell Pavilion is in Lot 3, which is directly across the street from the
driveway leading up to P2. Access to Lot 3 is through the entrance on Penfield Road.
Guests may be dropped off at the top of the driveway, but the vehicle must park in Lot 3,
across the street from the facility. If your party attendees have current Town of Fairfield
beach parking permits, they are allowed to park in any of the lots.

Is that a working fireplace - are we able to use it? Yes! That is a working fireplace. Use of the fireplace requires logs provided by the
Permittee. Fire must be properly extinguished and fireplace properly cleaned following
use.

In .4 miles, turn right on Old Post Rd
In .7 miles, turn left on Penfield Rd.
Proceed straight to The Pavilions
At Penfield Beach
From all points South
Take I95 North to Exit 22
Make a Right onto Round Hill Rd
Round Hill Rd becomes Beach Rd
Follow Beach Rd to Fairfield Beach Rd
The Pavilions will be on your left
