First time to the system- Request new user login
Once request has been granted, login using UAMS username and password
Once you login, click “Create New Request”
Fill in highlighted fields and hit “Submit”
Don’t forget secondary departments
Indicate the request for a promotion in secondary appointment on the “create request” page of the electronic database
Include letter from Chair of secondary department Note on cover of binder List on cover sheet
Once submitted, this is where you will upload documents
