If you are having problems connecting to theInternet, try unplugging Livio from the power plug,wait 30 seconds, and reconnect the power plug.
This will refresh your saved Internet connection andsettings.
While listening to music on your Livio, it is normalon certain stations to have up to a five-second delaybetween songs. This is due to the radio station, notLivio. We are working with stations to improve this infuture software updates.
Your Livio will automatically look for new softwareupdates, which provide improvements. When youreceive a message on the screen for a softwareupdate we recommend selecting Yes andautomatically loading the update.

Getting Started
STEP 1) Connect Livio to the Internet
1.1) First, plug in your Livio power adapter and connect
to a power source.
Wired Internet Connection
i. If you are connecting to a wired connection,connect the Ethernet cable into the back ofthe Livio and the other end into your Ethernethub or router. Now Go to Step 2)
Wireless Internet Connection
1.2) Choose your Wi-Fi Internet connection from the listthat appears.
1.3) If your Wi-Fi Internet connection requires a
password, Livio will ask you to enter the passwordby using the remote and the keyboard on Liviosdisplay. Make sure you use your passwordscorrect capital or lowercase letters. When you arefinished select

TIPS
i. If security is enabled, your password is thesame Wi-Fi password you use on a laptopor desktop computer to connect to theInternet.
ii. Some Wi-Fi Internet networks hide theirname for security reasons. If you can notsee your Wi-Fi network in the list, you canmanually enter in the Wi-Fi information byselecting Manual Config in the SSID Menu.
iii. If Livio still does not connect and youreceived help setting up your wirelessinternet connection, you can ask theperson who set up your wireless Internetconnection to follow theAdvancedSettings guidelines in this manual.
iv. We recommend if you are having troublewith the wireless connection to try usingthe included Ethernet cable and connectingdirectly to determine if the problem iswith Livio or the wireless connection. If
your Livio works on the Ethernet cable,it probably means a setting needs to bechanged in your wireless configuration.
Getting Started
STEP 2) (Optional) Connect Livio to yourspeaker system
2.1) In the box Livio came in, you will find an RCA(Red/White) adapter. You can plug Livio into anyauxiliary input jack on a boombox, home stereo, ortelevision. These inputs are usually marked with an
IN or INPUT and may also be colored red andwhite.
2.2) We recommend setting the volume of your speakersystem to under 20% before connecting Livio.The output is a fixed volume and can only becontrolled by your speaker system.

STEP 3) Enjoy the music you love
3.1) To listen to music, simply select Internet Radioand then select either Pandora or search foran internet radio station by genre, location, orby name.
3.2) Favorite Stations (FAV)
i. When you hear a station you would like to saveas a favorite, press and hold .
ii. To show a list of your saved Favorite (FAV)stations press one time.
iii. Press and hold or the volume knob todelete.
iv. Hundreds of stations can be saved in theFavorite (FAV) list.
STEP 4) Listen to your other music devices
4.1) Connect your MP3 player, CD Player, or othermusic device to the auxiliary input jack (AUX IN).
4.2) Then select Auxuliary Input on theLivio main menu screen.

If you are having trouble with the automatic set up,this section has all of the questions you will need toask the person or service that set up your wirelessconnection. The person may require your MAC address.
To Find Livios MAC address:
1. Press on the remote to go to the main menu
2. Select Settings
3. Select Network Config
4. Select View Config
5. Scroll to Wireless MAC Address
Write down your Wireless MAC Address from Livio:

Product is limited to one (1) year from the date ofsale to the original consumer purchaser. No otherexpress warranties are made with respect to anyProduct.All implied warranties, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular productare limited to the warranty period set forth above.This warranty is not transferable and applies only tothe original consumer purchaser of the Product. Liviowill, as its sole obligation under this warranty, replaceor repair, at its option, any Product that does notconform to this warranty.Products may be repaired or replaced with new

5. neglect
6. abuse
7. accident
8. normal wear and tear

10. improper storage

How You Can Get Service
To obtain warranty service during the first thirty(30) days after the date of purchase, you must returnthe defective Product with the original receipt to theoriginal place of purchase. To obtain warranty serviceduring the first thirty (30) days for Products purchasedspecifically from www.LivioRadio.com, you must contact
the E-Store directly at the number provided on yourinvoice. For all Products for the remainder of thelimited warranty period, you must contact Livio byphone at the customer service number listed atwww.LivioRadio.com. If further clarification or additionalinformation is required from Livio, you may call Livio atour customer service number listed atwww.LivioRadio.com. If warranty service is needed atany time during the warranty period, the purchaserwill be required to furnish a sales receipt/proof ofpurchase indicating the date of purchase, amount paid,and place of purchase. Customers who fail to providesuch proof of purchase will have the Product returnedto them or will be charged for the repair/replacement
of any Product. The customer is responsible forshipping the Product to an authorized Livio WarrantyFacility.
How State Law Relates to the Warranty
