Sundays River Valley Municipality invites bids from interested suitable service providers for the provision of an Integrated MSCOA � inancial Management System for a period of 3 years.

Completed bids are to be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed PROVISION OF AN

INTEGRATED MSCOA FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR A 3 YEAR PERIOD-

SRVM-008/2021 and must be deposited in the Bid Box, at the offices of the Sundays River Valley Municipality, Supply Chain Office, and � 3 Middle Street, Kirkwood not later than 28 May 2021 at 12h00PM.

BIDS WILL BE EVALUATED USING THE FUNCTIONLITY CRITERIA FOR STAGE 1 AND

THEN BIDDERS WHO SCORE 70 % OR MORE WILL BE EVALUATED ON STAGE 2 FOR

THE POINTS FOR PRICE AND B-BBEE LEVEL OF CONTRIBUTION

THE PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT POLICY FRAMEWORK ACT 2011 (PPPFA) POINTS WILL BE AWARDED AS 80/20 points
