3. About The Events Department Here at Galaxy Hotel we have an
Events Department, the aim of the events department is to bring you
creative, fun and exclusive games/events around the clock.
4. Given Commands Event Hotel Alert Command (EHA) - This event
alerting system, is for alerting all of the hotel community that a
new event is happening. If you attend to abuse this event alerting
system you will no longer have it, Until we decide if you should
earn it back.
5. Given Authority 1. As an Event Staff, you are able to train
the Trial Event Staff how they will use the housekeeping system and
how to host an event in an organized way. 2. As an Event Staff, you
will have the HouseKeeping and you have the Authority to give
prizes from it. 3. Last thing, If you see someone on behalf of the
team is bullying you or bossing you around please contact us
Lynxcoe or Panda on Skype or on the client.
6. Rules 1. You Shall not, abuse your Event Hotel Alert
Command. 2. You Shall not, abuse your right to give Prizes. 3. You
Shall not, Bully nor Boss people around. 4. You Shall not, use
Inappropriate Language. If you violate any of these rules you can
be demoted or fired from the Department Of Events! If you are fired
from the events team, this disqualifies you for any other part of
any staff team on the hotel. (depending on reason)
7. Given Housekeeping Housekeeping, commonly referred to as HK,
is a web-based control panel for staff members and moderators in
Galaxy and Other Retros. Through Housekeeping, staff members can
access a database of players, read chat logs and Call For Help
reports, and moderate from a remote environment. Housekeeping is a
very secure environment, and in order to access it, people must
need a moderator/adminstration rank in Galaxy, But us the Events
Department we have access to this system to give Prizes or to
Change/Make News Articles. Inside Housekeeping are various tools
mainly used for moderation and website management. Staff members
can read chatlogs, ban players directly from Housekeeping, and look
up information about players, including registration date, IP
address, and ban record. Staff members can also give users coins
using housekeeping but this feature is rarely used as you are meant
to purchase credits. This feature is only used if a user wins in an
in- game event. Staff members can also create news articles and
campaigns from Housekeeping.
