• As an endomorph, it is essential that cardio is a staple in your workout regime.

• It’s too easy to build muscle as compared to revealing that muscle and having that ripped appearance..

• I’ve done it both ways, with regards to working out that is.

• I’ve tried the weight training first, then cardio afterwards.

• I’ve also tried the cardio first, then weight training afterwards. Then there’s the extreme path of cardio before and after the weight training session.

• Firstly, with regards to cardio before weight training, duration and intensity is key.

• I noticed that 30 minutes of intense hiit cardio followed by low intensity cardio works best for me.

• But the issue is that my glycogen levels are depleted rather quickly, and that does affect my performance at the gym.

• I need to take at least a 30 minute break between my cardio and weight training sessions.
