Birch Creek began in 1976 with a vision to combine professional musicians with performance education. Our unique summer music academy provides talented young musicians with advanced training and the opportunity to perform publicly alongside top music professionals, while 2:1 student:faculty ratio ensures that students receive attentive, hands-on mentoring.Birch Creek’s national reputation as a summer music academy and concert venue is attributed in large part to the quality of its faculty. Top educators and performers from throughout the country come each summer to teach promising young musicians by day and perform by night in the campus’ 500-seat Dutton Concert Barn. 2017 Faculty listed below is subject to change.
