day) interval inspections provides the assurance that

developing OEM Recertification programs and capabilities
along with specialty servicing tools and equipment. Our
major facilities have a Dynamometer (Dyno), wherein your
newly recertified unit will be tested under load, torque, and
speed to simulate actual drilling conditions.

TESCO’s EHM is an asset condition monitoring system which
incorporates a preventative maintenance program. This
program predicts critical system failures and reduces non-
productive time by analyzing real-time data against historical
trends.
From anywhere in the world, clients are able to view the
status and location of their equipment, analyze drilling
parameters and maintenance records. Through TESCO’s
24/7 monitoring service, customers are instantaneously
notified of service events or abnormalities. This allows our
customers to proactively plan for equipment inspection and/
or repairs, avoiding catastrophic failure and unplanned down
time events.
TESCO’s EHM is available for use on both new and existing
top drive equipment, and utilizes the provision of TESCO’s
Global Support Team to facilitate real-time monitoring and
24/7 technical support.

under strict rules and regulations, following CAODC, API,
and ISO.
Additional service inspections in accordance with OEM
standards, such as Level III inspections, are recommended
to further enhance and maintain the life of your equipment.
