– Observing• Body language, gestures, eye movement
– Establishing Rapport• Trust and commitment
– Themselves• Awareness of their values, beliefs, interests, agendas

• Establishing and maintaining Rapport is critical to success
• In your pairs practice building Rapport. One of you be the coach, the other the coachee.
