The 936 Tapping Machine is hydraulicallyoperated and is used for making pipe and tank tapsfrom 12" to 36". Its operating temperature is

0F (-18C) to 180F (82C) at 2,220 psi (153 bar).For temperatures above 180F (82C), consult thefactory.

The 936 Tapping Machines unique pressurebalanced system eliminates the effects of pipelinepressure, reducing operating loads on thefeedscrew.

The 936 Tapping Machine meets NACE standardMR0175-93 (sulfide stress cracking resistantmetallic material for oilfield equipment).
