paper therefore proposes a frameworkto increase researchersunderstanding of consumers attitudes
toward online shopping and theirintention to shop on the Internet. Theframework usesthe constructs of the TechnologyAcceptance Model (TAM) as a basis, extended by exogenous factors andapplies it to the online shoppingcontext. The review shows thatattitudes toward onlineshopping and intention to shop onlineare not only affected by ease of use, usefulness, and enjoyment, but alsoby exogenous factors like consumer
traits, situational factors, productcharacteristics, previous onlineshopping experiences, and trust inonline shopping.
