Jim Denomme is Chief Operating Officer at Metal-Era, an edge metal manufacturer based in Waukesha. Metal-Era’s customers include retail giants McDonald’s, Wal-Mart, Ama-zon and Firestone. Jim has been in the business for 30 years, beginning as a Manufacturing Engineer with General Motors.

Phil Heston is Vice President at Al-ter Trading in Milwaukee, the largest independent scrap processor in the Midwest. He manages the foundry as well as steel mill raw material needs. Phil has gained a reputation as a trusted source for the most up-to-date information on commodi-ties, mill time, and price direction.

Mike Sekula is the Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management & Safety at InPro in his home town of Muskego. Mike’s areas of expertise in supply chain oversight include: procurement, logistics, scheduling, continuous improvement, environ-mental management and safety. He excels at supplier collaboration.
