• Partnership with GoAP for implementation of Prerana in 1958 Govt. Schools of Andhra
Pradesh.
• Successful implementation of Prerana in 64 Schools of Maharashtra.
• Tech Backbone to the Education Department of GoK for conducting CSAS (Census
based State Achievement Survey) for 36,00,000 students.
• Partnership with GoK for implementation of STEP in 57 Karnataka Public
Schools(KPS) across the state.
• Successful implementation of STEP- Sikshana’s Tech in Education Prog. In 362 Govt.
Schools of Karnataka & Maharashtra.

OBJECTIVES Objective:
• CRPs and BRPs to understand the concept and implementation of Prerana.
• Understand the use of APT and data driven processes of monitoring & evaluation and Program

Program Overview: The training is divided in two parts Residential & Ongoing Interactions
Residential Training: 2 Day residential training all 2318 CRPs/BRPs/MRPs who have registered for the
training across Karnataka
• Two-Day Residential Training will have three modules :
Module 1 : Data Management Skills
Module 2 : Analytics Process Tools (APT - Application) - Prerana
Module 3 : Communication and Leadership Skills
Ongoing Interactions:
• Candidates engage with Sikshana’s team at district level through out the year & continue their learning
• The Website will highlight the exceptional work done by CRPs through out the year
• Certificate will be provided to the trainees at the end of the academic year
