• Clicking on a calendar day–Stamps the current schedule–Turns date BOLD
Changing Your Schedule
• Edit the Schedule
Change My Settings > My Schedules
Why don’t my Lesson Plans change?
• Forethought doesn’t want to replace your plans without your permission.
• You have to remove that stamped schedule from days you have already stamped.
Un-Stamping a Day
Delete Today’s Plans–Do for every BOLD day–*“Un-Bold’s” Date
*Only “Un-Bold’s if you have more than one schedule.
New Stamping of a Day
• Clicking on a calendar day–Stamps the new schedule–Turns date BOLD

Changing Your Template (in an entry)
1. Create your own template in an entry
2. Click SAVE
3. In the entry, click the wrench and “Set as Default Text for Entry”

Helpful Tips• Don’t go back and delete days that already
have lesson plans – let it be .
• Try not to click ahead too far in the future.
• You have to do this for every entry you want to edit.
• If you use and copy from a team planner, it might be good to make all of the entries blank in your planner. Then, when you copy from the team planner, you won’t have duplicate templates.
