The aim of the Music Fest is to bring together a diverse range of musical talentsto perform and share skills in order to enjoy an exciting celebration of arts and culture.

Stalls Application General Guidance NotesTo ensure Conisbrough Music Fest is an enjoyable event that meets health; safety

and pastoral requirements, there are certain considerations that stall holders need to take into account when applying:

1. The stall holder is responsible for staffing the stall on the day. We provide x 3 Adult tickets per catering stall and x 2 Adult tickets for general merchandise stalls in the form of wristbands provided on the day. Extra tickets can be purchased on request charged at £15 per adult.

2. All stall holders should be on site by 10:00am

3. Stalls should be in place and ready to trade by 11:30am. You must remain trading until the end of the event which is 22:30.

4. Stalls providing food should have the relevant hygiene certificates available for inspection.

5. Payment for stalls must be made on application. Fees are per pitch (3x3m) any larger than this will incur extra charge, please contact us for details if your pitch exceeds this measurement. Please note payment will increase from 31st March.

Catering £75

Prices from 1st April 2019:General Merchandise £50

6. Stalls are priced at a low rate in order for vendors to price their goods in a fair manner. There is a ‘No food and drink being brought on site’ policy so will be plenty of customer potential. Any stalls deemed to be charging too much will be asked to lower their prices.

7. Pitch spaces will be allocated at the Organisers discretion to achieve the best variety.

8. No tables; gazebos; electricity; water or generators are provided.

9. Cheques to be made out to: ‘Conisbrough Music Fest’ and sent to the address on the application form. Online payments can be made making sure your name or company name is in the ‘Reference’ box.

10. Information for stallholders re. site location; access and pitch allocations and site rules will be emailed to stallholders nearer the day
