have introduced some of the most trusted and popular casual dining and fast casual
restaurant franchises from North America: Ruby Tuesday, Lime Fresh, Denny’s
and Sbarro. Likewise with similar passion we have created new concepts like ICA
(gastronomically renown Peruvian cuisine), and Kaffa (popular coffee shops with
home cooked food).
Today, we are focused on growing throughout Chile and adding new brands in
order to reach a diversity of consumer tastes while keeping the food quality and
friendly service our sophisticated guests are accustomed to receiving.
As we explore these growth opportunities, we’re excited to learn more about

Who we areSRTC’s family of franchise restaurants and creative brands is built on15 years of
learning from our guests. Our culinary inspiration comes from the growing demand
for American style Bar & Grill restaurants with high food quality and consistency
that deliver distinctive tastes and exciting new flavors to Chileans, previously only
experienced on their travels to the USA. Nowadays these special gastronomic
profiles are icons for those who visit our establishments.
Opened in 1999, Chile was the first international Ruby Tuesday franchisee,
because of our success and respect for brand culture & processes their Maryville,
Tennessee headquarters continued to expand the band to other continents. We are
proud to have won the “Best Ruby Tuesday Franchisee Award” twice due to our
expansion, sales growth, and recognized outstanding operation standards.
Currently, we own and operate 6 brands with 20 restaurants and 700 employees
that contribute to serve over 1 million guests a year. This increasing guest count
reveals something telling about how we do business. Through serving that many
meals, we’ve come to know our guests extremely well. From them, we’ve realized
what it takes to create an environment of natural hospitality and to build enduring
brands. It’s why we’re able to make our guests feel so welcome, satisfied and
wanting to repeat their dining experience.

Our Restaurants
Ruby Tuesday has been the market leader in American casual dining since the first restaurant opened in 1999.
It introduced the Baby Back Ribs, classic burgers and our signature drinks. Nowadays we are the biggest chain
with 11 locals in shopping malls and free standing as well as in the international wing of the airport. Every restaurant
offers high quality authentic imported product served in a warm friendly environment. Weather you just want to
watch a game and enjoy Happy Hour or indulge in our extended menu options you will crave to return.
Ruby Tuesday
Denny’s allows families the feeling of being at home, offering American breakfast, lunch and dinner options of
classic Slams, Omelet’s, Skillets, Burgers or Salads. We are open for everyone, every hour of every day.

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill is high energy. We use the best ingredients available, prepared on-site for all our
homemade salsas, sauces and ingredients for favorite tacos, quesadillas, fajitas or burritos. Lime makes your
meal however you want it and very fast. What once started as one bumpin’ burrito shop in South Beach, Miami has
expanded rapidly throughout the States and now its first international franchise with 2 in Chile. Fast & very casual
Lime provides awesome frozen margaritas or a diversity of beers to go with the fun paced eating atmosphere.

Sbarro since 2009, has been a family-oriented restaurant that offers buffet-style quick service designed to
minimize customer waiting time and facilitate table turnover. Sbarro’s diverse menu of authentic Italian food offers
its customers a compelling alternative to traditional fast food. All of our entrees are prepared fresh daily according to
especial recipes developed by us.

ICA brings the unique flavors of Perú with its Ceviches, tiraditos, causas or piqueos, constructed from only the
finest ingredients. Because of its talented chefs’ creations food critics award ICA a 6 fork rating (highest), and with
one of the 10 best dishes of Santiago Chile. A 2011 SRTC revelation, now with 3 superb locations and remarkably
popular ICA has positioned itself as the top Peruvian cousin concept in Chile.
ICA
Kaffa started under the concept of a little coffee shop in 2011, providing a new alternative in an accelerated
business neighborhood. A year later, Kaffa Restaurant arrives to meet the need of Chilean home cooking, giving a
little break to the stress and providing a warm place for breakfast or enjoying a simple meeting. In Kaffa, you are “en
su casa”.

In 2013, we had imported a fresh Mexican
concept that has been a big success in Miami
and other places of USA, with more than
26 restaurants since 2004. The inventor of
Lime, John Kunkel trust on us and nowadays,
we have the only restaurants outside North

But what means ICA?
Ica is a city of south central Perú, located
near the Andes Mountains. Nasca & Paracas
civilizations lived in Ica and they reached an

with the Incas.
